CPA Ontario membership includes individuals with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities, their families and friends as well as interested members of the general public looking for a place to turn for awareness, education and a sense of community.

We work with members to:

• Facilitate social integration and community participation
• Enhance the quality of life of the membership
• Cultivate the spirit of mutual help and teamwork
• Develop member-to-member contact events
• Provide member education, community data and networking opportunities

Become a member today! Membership starts at a low fee of $10.00 per year for an individual or $25.00 per year for you and your family.
