Getting and Keeping Great Employees

With more than 20 years of successful and committed job placement, Employment Services is dedicated to assisting companies and organizations in Ontario to become employers of choice for skilled people with disabilities. The program works to thoroughly understand what an employer is looking forin a candidate, including both the essential skills needed for the position as well as soft skills and overall 'fit' with the company. We continue to work after the fact to ensure success for employees and their new employers.

Employment Services provides guaranteed follow up and support for job placements. We offer workplace/skills analysis, assistive technology assessments, accessibility assessments and a full spectrum of tailored training seminars on inclusiveness and disability awareness to help employers create environments in which people with disabilities will succeed.
