Now Magazine Will Toronto really be barrier-free within the next 13 years? No one can know and some people aren't waiting to find out. One of those people are Luke Anderson, who lives in Toronto. He is currently working with a group of other individuals to create better accessibility by providing ramps outside of businesses throughout Toronto which are removable by the business owners.
