Freedom at Depth-Diving in the Bahamas
Wanna see something really cool? Check out this clip of some of the guys from Freedom at Depth, a group that teaches disabled people how to dive.
The group leaders Hubert and Steve brought 4 divers with varying disabilities down from Canada for a week in December. This organization has been active for nearly 20 years and has taught paraplegics, quadriplegics, persons with muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, multiple scleroses, spina bifida, traumatic brain injury and others how to dive
What's really cool about this clip is that if you look closely, you'll see that Steve has a prosthetic on one leg which he uses for diving.
