Volunteers needed for research study
You can participate if you:
Are a caregiver who provides daily care to a wheelchair user
Are 19 years old or older
What do you need to do?
In taking part, you will be required to attend at least 1 interview session about power wheelchairs. The interview process will approximately take 1.5 hours.
Where to be done?
The interview will take place either at the Rehabilitation Sciences Building, University of Toronto (500 University Ave., Toronto), at your home, or a location of your choice.
A $25 stipend will be provided to cover travel and parking costs. Taking part is voluntary.

Quadriplegia is paralysis of all four limbs (from the neck down) resulting from injury to the neck. Fractures or compression of the vertebrae, which cause permanent damage to the spinal cord may lead to loss of sensation, movement, pain management, bladder and bowel control, as well as affecting sexual function.
