This site was built with standard and contributed Drupal modules to carry out tasks specific to CPA Ontario. So they've been integrated, customized and documented, and the rest of these pages describe how your requirements have been translated into an implementation using these modules.

Sometimes, you'll want to do something outside the scope of these how-to's, and chances are you can, and it's not too hard. Also, there are likely some details missing in these documents. In both of these cases, you can start by checking the standard Drupal help on this site. If that doesn't help, you can also find more help within http://drupal.org. The best way to do that is usually to use google.
