Comments

Anyone can comment on "node content" that has been appropriately configured. Any can see "approved" comments, only administrators can see unapproved comments. For comments, "approval" is the same concept as "publish" - i.e. an unapproved comment is an unpublished comment.

1. To allow comments on a node, edit it and modify the "Comments Settings" section. If you don't see it, it's because you don't have permissions.

2. Once comments are allowed, anyone logged in with an authenticated account can comment without approval - their comment goes live immediately for everyone.

3. "Anonymous" comments are not automatically approved/published - they go in a special holding bin. As an administrator, you can look at them either on the node page itself, or you can look at the queue of unapproved comments by going to admin -> content management -> comments.

4. To approve a comment, you need to open up the "Administration" section when editing a comment, and change the status to "Published". You can also bulk publish them. In the approval queue page in step 3.
