Hi, everybody. It's been a while...hope you enjoyed your holidays, new year, groundhog day, family day, valentine's day...

This year's annual membership drive has been a more behind-the-scenes endeavour, as I've been evaluating the Membership Program itself to see what improvements can be made to attract and retain more members! To that end, I've sent a survey in the mail to former members to find out what would entice them back, and the January issue of Outspoken contains a survey for current members, a link to which can also be found on the home page of this website. In order for CPA Ontario's Membership Program to remain relevant in your lives, I need to know the needs and concerns you deal with day-to-day. Please take a few minutes to take the survey that applies to you, and I'll provide a summary, along with the activity your feedback inspires, right here.
