Hardcore Wednesdays
Another full on rehab day today.Family doctor in the morning,went mostly well,had a bit of a disagreement on meds,no fun for me!Then yoga at my place,then getting needles stuck in my head(otherwise known as acupuntre),then to the gym with my physio for another two hours of suffering.Am I psychotic?Ended the session in the sauna,seemed like I was in the desert for a minute.Then discovered,I had locked myself out so I had to call good ol` mom to come let me in.Now here I am.Would appreciate responses to know if these are useful and if anyone can relate.Until then............................
Today`s activities
Another day of rehab,massage in the morning,then spent a couple hours with an RSW making preparations for winter physio schedule.I amhoping to do some more outdoor activities this season.Last year I was still an Outpatient at Lyndhurst and mostly going to gyms so this year the goal is to mix it up a bit.In the evening I went to my new gym for the first time,got there just before it closed and rode the bike for a bit,went pretty well.The plan is to combine a new gym program with some nutrition changes to hope fully reduce the spare tire I`ve acquired since my injury last year.Crossing my fin
